Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dream Sydney ("Dream Sydney", "we", "us", or "our") including our venue, events, websites, social media pages, mailing lists, ticketing and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our venue, purchasing tickets, joining guest lists, making bookings, visiting our website or otherwise engaging with Dream Sydney, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services or attend our venue. We recommend that you review these Terms carefully and check them regularly for updates.
1. Eligibility and Venue Entry
Access to Dream Sydney is subject to applicable age restrictions, licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements in the jurisdiction in which we operate. You may be required to present valid, acceptable photo identification as a condition of entry.
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue for any reason including (but not limited to) intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, dress code violations, safety concerns, non-compliance with staff directions, or suspected illegal activity.
2. Bookings, Guest Lists and Tickets
Dream Sydney may offer table bookings, guest lists, ticketed events and special packages. By making a reservation, joining a guest list or purchasing a ticket, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with any additional terms communicated at the time of booking or purchase (such as deposit requirements, minimum spends or time restrictions).
Bookings and tickets may be subject to availability, venue capacity limits and licensing conditions. We reserve the right to modify, relocate, cancel or reschedule bookings and events where necessary (for example, due to safety concerns, technical issues, staff availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control). Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests of changes.
3. Pricing, Payments and Refunds
Prices for tickets, bookings, products and services are generally stated in the local currency of the venue and may be subject to change without notice, except where otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. Additional charges, including booking fees or transaction fees, may apply depending on the payment method or ticketing platform used.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the event or ticket terms, all sales are final and non-refundable. In some cases, Dream Sydney or a third-party ticketing provider may offer exchanges, credits or alternative arrangements at our discretion. Any refund or remedy will typically be processed via the original method of payment, subject to the policies of the payment provider or ticketing platform.
4. Conduct and Behaviour
By attending Dream Sydney or participating in our events, you agree to behave responsibly, respectfully and in compliance with all applicable laws, venue policies and staff instructions. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Refraining from abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour.
• Respecting other guests, staff and performers, as well as our neighbours and the local community.
• Complying with any dress code, bag checks, security protocols and safety procedures in place.
• Not bringing prohibited items into the venue, such as illegal substances, weapons or dangerous
objects.
• Following all directions from venue management and security at all times.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue, banning from future events and/or referral to law enforcement where appropriate. No refunds will be provided where removal or refusal of entry is due to your own conduct.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol and Safety
Dream Sydney operates under relevant liquor licensing laws and adheres to responsible service of alcohol practices. We reserve the right to:
• Refuse the sale or service of alcohol to any person, including those who appear
intoxicated or underage.
• Request ID at any time as a condition of service or continued presence at the venue.
• Remove individuals whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other guests or staff.
We encourage all guests to drink responsibly, look after their friends, and arrange safe transport home. You acknowledge that alcohol consumption is at your own risk and agree to take responsibility for your own health, behaviour and decision-making.
6. Personal Belongings and Lost Property
You are responsible for your own personal belongings while attending Dream Sydney or any associated events. We recommend that you do not bring valuables unless necessary.
While we may operate a cloakroom or storage area from time to time, we do not accept liability for loss, theft or damage to personal items, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any lost property found at the venue may be held for a limited period and then disposed of or donated at our discretion.
7. Photography, Video and Media
Dream Sydney may use professional photographers, videographers and content creators at events. By attending the venue or our events, you acknowledge that you may be included in photos, videos or other media recorded in or around the venue.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant Dream Sydney a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish such images or footage in which you may appear for promotional, marketing or documentation purposes in any format, including social media, websites and print materials, without further notice or compensation.
If you have concerns about a particular image or piece of content in which you appear, you may contact us and we will consider your request in good faith.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law or explicitly allowed by these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, such as ticketing providers, payment processors, social media channels or partner event services. These third parties operate independently from Dream Sydney and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.
11. Privacy
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is separate from but forms part of these Terms. By using our Services or attending our venue, you consent to the handling of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any particular event, performance or guest appearance will occur exactly as advertised. Line-ups, set times, performers and event details are subject to change without notice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Sydney and its owners, directors, staff, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the venue or use of our Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the resupply of the relevant Services or the cost of such resupply.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Sydney, its owners, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your conduct at the venue or during our events;
• Your infringement of any third party's rights; or
• Your misuse of our Services or intellectual property.
15. Changes, Suspension and Termination
We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our Services, including specific events, promotions or online features, at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary (for example, due to safety, technical, legal or operational reasons).
We may also suspend or terminate your access to our venue or Services, temporarily or permanently, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is unsafe, unlawful or detrimental to Dream Sydney or others.
16. Changes to These Terms
Dream Sydney may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services or attendance at our venue after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
